Written from a Christian perspective, the goal of this book is to survey these philosophers and intellectual movements of western thought of the past thousand years, with a view showing how they affect Christian belief. Colin Brown (DD, University of Nottingham; PhD, University of Bristol) is professor of systematic theology at Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena.
